Why Should I Use Videos For Real Estate Marketing?
Videos, especially in these challenging times, are a great way to market your real estate to sell faster and for more money.
The statistics back it up.
According to the 2017 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, over 50% of homebuyers who used sites with video thought it was "very useful." Overall, property listings with video generate more than four times more leads. It also gives you an edge over other realtors: 73% of home sellers would choose a real estate agent who uses video to sell their property over one who does not. That means the small 3% of agents who are actually using video have a major advantage.
It's great for social media.
Some popular social media sites like Facebook give an advantage in their algorithm to videos over regular posts or pictures. It also gives you the ability to post it on Youtube, which only allows videos.
They tell a story.
Most importantly, real estate videos are a way your leads can experience your listing without even having to step foot on the property. In todays market, especially with the continuing challenges surrounding Covid-19, there is a growing number of people who are buying real estate before visiting it in person. Videos bring your listing to life, and connect with your leads in a more immersive way than a picture can.

The King House in Nashville is a historic home that has been a great venue for recordings and events. Jess and Ann were thankful that this video didn't just show the house, it emphasized and captured all the things that were appealing and valuable about this home. One of the things that made this project interesting was how many small treasures filled this beautiful home. Being able to show all of those things in one video definitely made this project worth it. The history of this place combined with how beautiful of a home it was certainly made it one of my top favorite projects.
